Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role, SQL and database querying, data transformation, validation, and reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills, data visualization tools and reporting techniques, data structures, logic, and statistical analysis, Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), attention to detail and data accuracy, Good communication and collaboration skills, Ability to manage tasks and deliver within timelines
Nice to Have
Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data, Exposure to enterprise data systems or large datasets, Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards, Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior analysts
What You'll Do.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends
and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Map and standardize data into structured schemas

Develop datasets and reports using internal tools and data platforms
Perform data validation
Support reporting needs by creating specifications based on business requirements
Interpret results and provide recommendations to support decision-making
Document data processes
Lead and coordinate data deliverables while guiding junior team members
Ensure adherence to data governance
and organizational policies
Support ongoing improvements in data processes and analytics practices
