3+ years of work experience providing internal teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions, Proven experience on actionating those insights, Analytical and coding skills, Python proficiency, SQL proficiency, Excel proficiency, BI platforms experience, Strategic vision and business mindset, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment, dealing with ambiguity while maintaining a positive mindset, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must), Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail

What You'll Do.
Own and define the global courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets
Ensure consistent implementation and continuous improvement of fraud strategy
Proactively address key courier-related challenges at local
Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools
Empower local teams to act on quality-related insights
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance
Highlight risks and opportunities
Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks
Predict potential no-shows
Optimize fleet distribution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations
Align strategies and ensure impact
Understand courier pain points and motivations
Design data-informed solutions that drive both courier satisfaction and operational excellence
