About the role We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Bolt Food’s Merchant Strategy & Planning team in Tallinn. In this role, you will lead high-impact analytics work across commercial performance, marketplace dynamics, pricing, sales forecasting, operations, and strategic decision-making. You will partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operations teams, helping them move beyond reporting into structured, decision-ready analysis and complex commercial models. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical ability with commercial judgement, advanced modelling capability, stakeholder influence, and the autonomy to drive the analytical agenda proactively.
