Position Overview The Sr Data Analyst builds solutions to drive business decisions across the company using available data sources and partners with engineers and product owners to create and build structured new solutions when needed. The Sr Data Analyst works with engineers and architects who, collectively, are responsible for business analytics, data infrastructure and data governance initiatives. Applies strong business understanding and command of BI tools to impact business decision making. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Serves as a data expert and business partner, delivering reporting, data tools, and analysis to answer difficult questions and facilitating data-driven decision making across the organization. Partner with commercial product teams, software engineering, finance, lab operations and other key stakeholders across the company. Collaborates with Data Architects and Data Engineers to develop robust, scalable data pipelines and databases. Helps define and communicate corporate data standards, build common business metrics, and communicate solutions effectively between business and technology teams. Strategically derives concise and actionable results from large volumes of data and educate both technical and non-technical audiences. Looks for ways to constantly improve data-influenced decision making and drive efficiencies in business processes. All other duties as assigned.
