Must Have
Independently identify, analyze, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks using industry-standard methodologies, Develop actionable risk treatment plans, Promote a risk culture across teams, Design and implement robust data protection controls, Ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations, Evaluate complex security scenarios and quantify risks, Make data-driven recommendations based on insights from multiple sources, Communicate risk posture and mitigation strategies to technical and non-technical audiences, Facilitate effective risk discussions and build stakeholder consensus, Interpret and apply regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and DPDP Act, Support ongoing compliance and audit processes, Lead incident detection, containment, investigation, and recovery efforts, Coordinate cross-functional teams and conduct post-incident analysis, Evaluate and recommend security technologies and architectures, Strengthen ADI’s overall security posture
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
