We are recruiting on behalf of a major telephony enterprise a Senior CVM Manager to join its Enterprise Mobile team — a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data analytics, commercial strategy, and customer lifecycle management. You will own end-to-end below-the-line campaign activity across the enterprise mobile base, driving ARPU uplift through precision targeting, rigorous analysis, and continuous optimisation. This is a senior individual-contributor role that demands both deep analytical capability and sharp commercial instinct. You will work across tightly coupled systems — SPSS Modeller, PEGA, and large multi-dimensional datasets — and be expected to translate complex data landscapes into clear audience strategies and measurable business outcomes. You will be joining one of the most analytically sophisticated CVM functions in the Greek telecoms market, working on a customer base that is large, complex, and commercially significant.
