B2B order management experience, Logistics experience, Supply chain experience, Project-based environments experience, Technical environments experience, ERP understanding, Order-to-cash processes understanding, High attention to detail, Sense of ownership, Excellent communication skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Autonomous, Resourceful, Comfortable in non-routine environment, English required, Japanese required
What You'll Do.
Manage project-based B2B orders
Perform rigorous order checks
Perform procurement tasks
Purchase and coordinate local transport
Manage international logistics
Negotiate and challenge requirements
Act as main point of contact
Manage internal orders
Resolve operational issues
Ensure continuity of delivery
Work closely with Sales
Work closely with Finance
Work closely with Operations
