What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, Managing relationships with large, complex state, local, or higher education organizations, SaaS-based technical enterprise product experience, Bachelor's Degree, Equivalent experience, US Citizen, Eligible to clear background checks
Nice to Have
Experience in enterprise security tools, Familiarity with state and local compliance standards
