5+ years of experience in Account Management, 5+ years of experience in Management consulting, 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, 5+ years of experience in Change Management, 5+ years of experience in Customer Training, 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
Nice to Have
BAS or equivalent practical experience, Familiar with the learning Industry, Familiar with the e-learning industry, Familiar with organizational L&D, Understanding of basic sales concepts, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent project management skills, Excellent time management skills, Excellent presentation skills, both online and live, in large and small group settings, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Experience analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities, Proficient in Salesforce, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up
What You'll Do.
Partner with customers throughout their journey
Establish relationship with customers
Develop and execute success plans
Drive strategies for promoting LinkedIn learning
Mitigate churn by creating custom plans
Educate customers about relevant features
Provide internal feedback to Product teams
Provide internal feedback to Content teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Account Director (AD) on assigned accounts; Serve as the voice of the customer; Provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams
