5+ years of experience in Account Management, 5+ years of experience in Management consulting, 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, 5+ years of experience in Change Management, 5+ years of experience in Customer Training, 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English

Nice to Have

Familiar with the learning Industry, Familiar with the e-learning industry, Familiar with organizational L&D, Understanding of basic sales concepts, Excellent organizational skills, Project management skills, Time management skills, Presentation skills, both online and live, in large and small group settings, Verbal and written communication skills, Experience analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities, Proficient in Salesforce, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up

What You'll Do.

Partner with customers throughout their journey

Partner with Account Director on assigned accounts

Develop and execute success plans

Partner with customers along the entire lifecycle

Mitigate churn by creating custom plans

Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions

Serve as the voice of the customer

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Account Director (AD) on assigned accounts; Provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams
