Must Have
Minimum 5 years of digital multi-project management, Proven track record of complex software implementations, Executive presence that allows you to confidently manage, navigate, and negotiate at C-level, Advanced background in FinTech, digital payment solutions, or the automotive SaaS environment, Structured working style with the ability to orchestrate multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously under pressure, Native or bilingual Italian language skills, Business-fluent English, Willingness to travel
What You'll Do.

Identify onboarding bottlenecks proactively and resolve them cross-functionally through rigorous project tracking
Lead comprehensive education sessions both remotely and on-site to ensure seamless product adoption by operational managers
Upgrade existing clients to advanced feature sets by continuously demonstrating long-term strategic value
Translate direct customer feedback into actionable project requirements for our internal product and engineering teams
