What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Product Training and Enablement, Project Management, or Change Management, Fluency in French, Dutch and English
Nice to Have
Recruiting or other applicable talent experience, Staffing domain fluency, Executive communication & value storytelling, Proficient interpersonal skills, Proficient organization, project management, and time management skills, Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information, Influential verbal and written communication skills, Proficient understanding of Sales concepts and SaaS

Serve as Customer Champion and Advocate
Help customers realize value from investment
Partner on customer retention and expansion
Partner with sales counterparts on prioritized customers
Drive overall customer adoption
Enhance customer success
Mitigate customer churn risk
Act as trusted advisor to end users
Drive product adoption
Leverage solution to achieve operational priorities
Agree on business objectives and goals with customers
Build measurable success plans
Set cadence of communication
Deliver ROI and operational reviews
Develop new ways to share data and insights
Analyze current customer engagement metrics
Leverage Learning Center for product education
Provide best practices to drive user behavior
Map Hiring solutions to customer workflows
Maintain healthy customer engagement levels
Identify low utilization and provide solutions
Maintain understanding of Hiring products
Maintain understanding of industry knowledge
Drive greater customer engagement on relevant features
Interpret customer insights to drive product change
Act as voice of customer to Product teams
Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations
Document all communication with customers accurately
Document communication in a timely manner
