Master's degree in a related field, Experience in the SaaS industry, Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Drive customer adoption and value realization
Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts
Develop and execute retention strategies
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
Conduct regular business reviews with clients
Onboard new customers effectively
