What we need you to do and be As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development of our tier 1 and 2 customers’ business processes and understanding their needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining executive/senior level customer relationships You are responsible for the proactive identification of the needs of our customer and communicating measurable delivered value. You will be monitoring customer’s key performance metrics and taking necessary actions to improve. You will be measured on customer satisfaction, NPS (net promotor score), reference-ability and documenting the value RELEX bring to our existing customers by measuring KPIs. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is core outcome
