Must Have
5+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, background working with enterprise clients in financial services, Proven experience managing complex renewals and multi-stakeholder relationships, Solid understanding of regulatory/compliance environments (banks preferred), Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, Comfortable working cross-functionally and using CRM/CS tools (e. g. Salesforce)
