Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, Minimum of four years of experience in sales engineering, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles, Proven track record of customer trust and satisfaction, Written and oral presentation skills, Capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders, Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Experience in building and operating communities of practice, Ability to navigate ambiguity, Build consensus, Foster accountability, Work with urgency to deliver customer outcomes, Ability to tailor messaging to personas with varying levels of technical acumen
Nice to Have
Dataiku advanced designer certification preferred, Snowflake SnowPro Core certification preferred, Databricks Business Analyst certification preferred, Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software preferred
What You'll Do.
Work closely with Dataiku’s customers
increasing user adoption
Educate customers on best practices within the Dataiku
Develop deep understanding of customer business
Guide customer success with Dataiku's products and services
Execute demonstrations of new product features
Conduct hands-on workshops
Establish regular touchpoints with customers
Advise users on using Dataiku for their specific
Provide hands-on support as appropriate
Execute programs to create self-sustaining enablement
Create evangelism of Dataiku within customer accounts
Drive customer engagements with the Dataiku platform
Identify opportunities for expansion
Document and share adoption status and key information
Inform internal forecasting and renewal
Capture and share customer stories publicly
Coach administrators and users to initiate support tickets

As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) within our Solutions Engineering team, you’ll help Dataiku’s customers achieve meaningful outcomes with business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. In this technical and consultative customer-facing role, you’ll focus on technical programming to increase adoption through product enablement and one-to-many user engagement. You’ll leverage your understanding of enterprise analytics, high-impact communication abilities, and hands-on data science skills to add business value. This role will also partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services and Partners to accelerate end-user adoption.
