“Senior Customer Service Representative. Receive and review purchase orders. Enter customer orders into SAP”

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 6 years of relevant experience in international customer service, sales support, order management or supply chain, Solid understanding of end-to-end international order processes, from order intake, PO issuance, production follow-up to shipment and after-sales, Proficient in SAP for order entry, query and, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with skills in data checking and basic report, Knowledge of international trade terms (INCOTERMS), common payment terms (T/T, L/C, etc. ) and basic export procedures, Good command of written English for professional email communication with overseas, good spoken English

Nice to Have

Experience in serving overseas customers and working with Chinese factories is highly, Experience in leading a small team (even 1–2 people) or being a key member in the team is a plus

What You'll Do.

Receive and review purchase orders

Enter customer orders into SAP

Monitor order fulfillment process

Send purchase orders to factories

Coordinate order changes

trucking and customs clearance

Track shipment progress

Check accuracy of export documents

Provide delivery information

Handle customer inquiries

Analyze root cause of complaints

Maintain communication with key accounts

Lead and supervise staff

Provide training and coaching

Participate in workflow development

Summarize team performance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain and Quality teams; Collaborate closely with the logistics team; Act as the key communication bridge between customers and factories
