**The team** The Tariffication squad consists of a mix of Customer Journey Experts, Technical Analysts and Developers and a mix of experienced colleagues and professionals. The Tariffication squad is the owner of every billing event in ING Belgium and thus on the crossroad to change the lives of millions of users. **A day in the life of a Senior Customer Journey Expert Tariffication and Billing** * **Ensure an excellent customer experience for our customers.** Have a deep understanding of all advanced needs of our business partners and translate these expectations towards a simple and transparent billing solution. * **Be the expert**. In today’s world, our business partners require tailored & flexible billing solutions. A close **collaboration with stakeholders** will ensure you will become the subject matter expert and drive the requested changes, always leveraging **data insights** to support your decisions. * You are in the driver seat of **shaping the requirements**. You have full autonomy and ownership to define the target solution, grounding your choices in **clear data and analytical evidence**. * **Work in an Agile way**. You are the right hand of the Squad Master (PO) in the orchestration of the work of one or several squads to bring to production the features/journeys defined in the roadmap. You help prioritize the backlog of your squad, test (User Acceptance Testing), release, and manage the features coordinated or delivered by your squad. * **Lead by example**.
