transforming complex data into actionable insights; uncover opportunities; design, analyze, and operationalize experiments; build and maintain customer segmentations, churn models, and lifecycle frameworks; conduct deep-dive analyses; translate complex business questions into structured analyses
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in customer, product, or growth analytics, expert in SQL, skilled in Python or R for advanced analysis, modeling, and wrangling large datasets, confident in experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, time series, and retention analysis, experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Quicksight), excellent English
Nice to Have
ideally in an international environment, German or other European languages are a plus
