Must Have
Understanding or interest in AI, System skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Understanding and experience of working with Power BI / Looker, Ecommerce / Online / Marketing – understanding of Google Analytics / Big Query / customer behaviour / digital metrics, Analytical skills combined with commercial acumen, Commercial experience with an understanding of ecommerce, retail or FMCG data / information requirements, Stakeholder management and a general appreciation of stakeholder analysis and reporting needs, Understanding of basic digital attribution and digital marketing principles
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Generate market and customer insight
Identify and collect customer
competitor and market data
Join up insights from across different sources
Provide business with holistic market understanding
Work with external agencies and data providers
Ensure timely delivery of insights
Design periodic reporting
Deliver periodic reporting
Communicate analysis outputs to wider teams
Apply industry knowledge to interpret data
Aid in coaching a junior insight analyst
Help junior analyst overcome technical challenges
Expand junior analyst's commercial experience
Establish trusted frameworks for measuring KPIs
Establish business critical frameworks for monitoring KPIs
Visual Merchandising teams
Build systems to transform raw data
Build processes to transform raw data
Transform raw data into actionable insights
