What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience in with an Account Management, Customer Support or Customer Success role, Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to effectively identify, address, and resolve complex issues, Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new browser-based systems, Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools would be ideal

You’ll onboard our new customers to our Phone product and serve as a key point of escalation, ensuring seamless and exceptional customer interactions throughout their experience with Slice!
