As our Senior CRO Manager, you'll own the end-to-end experimentation programme that drives qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team, with mews.com as your primary canvas. You'll work in a close-knit triad with our Web Analytics Manager and an external agency, partnering across SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, PMM, and Campaigns to turn data into measurable conversion lifts. This is not a side-of-desk testing role: CRO is your entire remit, and the expectation is high. ✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Build and own a company-wide experimentation program spanning website, acquisition channels, creative, messaging, and end-to-end funnel touchpoints. Lead comprehensive website CRO efforts, including running structured A/B and multivariate tests, and driving measurable lifts in lead quality and conversion rates.
