What They're Looking For.
Must Have
c. 2-3 yrs of expertise in end-to-end CRM retention marketing management across a number of sub-products and business units, Developed and delivered CRM programmes, demonstrating proven results against targets, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms e. g. Iterable, Salesforce, Braze, Understanding of HTML and CSS, Experience handling campaign data from different sources using BI tools e. g. Looker, Tableau, Experience turning this data into strategic insights, Experience in segmentation and targeting, A testing experience, Solid communication and reporting skills, Ability to work well in partnership with technical and non-technical team members, Good Excel skills, Experience with business reporting tools (e. g. Tableau, Looker), Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities, Hands-on, delivery oriented, and results-driven, with a pragmatic implementation style, Curious nature, Good organizational skills, Impeccable attention to detail

What You'll Do.
drive and optimize baseline communications programme through personalization and automation
Deliver and develop existing Investments engagement marketing CRM programme
focusing on driving metrics through automation and personalisation
Day to day ownership of a single product area with a clearly defined growth plan
Build and optimize key cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys
Develop and deliver a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels (in-app
email & SMS) end-to-end
Analyze campaigns and report out to stakeholders on trends and recommendations
build and maintain segments
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track CRM performance
Continuously look for optimisations and new ideas to develop engagement marketing opportunities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with product, content, BI and other Marketing team members; Work in a multinational team of passionate CRMers, Product marketers and Product Managers; Work closely with the rest of the Engagement Marketing team; Work with a number of other cross-business stakeholders; Work well in partnership with technical and non-technical team members
