As a Senior CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact CRM programmes that help clients create meaningful customer experiences across multiple channels. Working within a modern Martech ecosystem, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels. You’ll work closely with clients, CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into flawlessly executed campaigns. Acting as a trusted delivery expert, you’ll ensure CRM initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client goals. This role is critical to ensuring our clients maximise the value of platforms such as Braze while delivering measurable business outcomes through best-in-class customer engagement programmes.
