Building maintenance tasks may include, but are not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, lighting, heating, air-conditioning (HVAC), and general clean-up or maintenance to support the building needs, as required. This position will also provide escorting for contractors providing services in the building and the data center, as requested.   RESPONSIBILITIES Answer and respond to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related calls from customers, contractors, and management. Address and correct issues promptly, and properly communicate any on-going or severe issues to the appropriate chain of command Assist the CFM/ACFM to lead the BMT team to deliver total availability (100% uptime) while minimizing risks Record all maintenance tasks via the appropriate system, resolve tickets in the system when work is complete Inspect interior and exterior building structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations to m
