What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a Collections or Accounts Receivable role, Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable modules within ERP systems, Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools, Experience managing customer debt portfolios, Relevant educational background (FP or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in a multinational or multi-entity environment, Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable to the Accounts Receivable area
What You'll Do.
End-to-end management of collections process
Managing customer collections via email/phone
Overseeing daily posting of customer payments
Performing cash reconciliations
Resolving discrepancies and disputes
Preparing financial reports
Delivering month-end closing reports
Providing collections data for treasury forecasting
Coordinating with legal entities for collections
Supporting internal and external audits
Developing and maintaining procedures and SOPs
Identifying and proposing process improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Shared Services, Billing, Commercial teams; Interaction with local and international stakeholders; Collaboration with Group's legal entities and internal departments; Joint actions and strategies with legal entities
Communication Scope
Regular and structured communication with key stakeholders; Delivering high-quality and synthesized information
