WHY DEPT®? We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA. We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter. At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build. THE ROLE: As the Senior, Creative QA, you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the flawless delivery of a large amount of creative assets, including static banners, animations, and live-action video content in up to 60 languages (no knowledge of the languages required). Far beyond traditional proofreading, you will review content, visual elements, and audio (such as voiceover and sound), and check for alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with other departments on the creative team, this role involves meticulous and repeated review at various stages throughout the life of a multitude of projects, to catch layout issues, grammar and style inconsistencies, as well as brand misalignment across multiple brands. You will also review translated creative assets against translation documents and verify final deliverables against project briefs. Ideal candidates have experience in creative quality assurance (preferably in an agency), excellent proofreading skills, familiarity with Chicago and AP grammar styles, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, solid time management, and a collaborative spirit are essential to success in this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Perform quality assurance reviews on all
