What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management, Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning prioritization skills and sound judgment on what needs attention now versus later, Working knowledge of project management practices for scoping, scheduling, coordination, and risk management, Experience with able to create clarity through consistent processes and clean project hygiene, Ability to partner cross-functionally across time zones without losing momentum, A relationship-builder who drives accountability with clarity and care, Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, seeing initiatives through from kickoff to delivery
What You'll Do.
Own creative operations end to end
Manage resourcing and capacity planning
Build and maintain project plans
Coordinate planning and production for shoots
Own Asana as team's project management hub
Support key marketing campaign initiatives
Serve as creative team point of contact
Track and manage marketing budget
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Connective tissue between Creative Director, VP of Marketing, and stakeholders; Serve as creative team point of contact in cross-functional DACIs and integration meetings; Aligning commitments with marketing, product, sales, SA, and CX
Process & Methodology
Intake, Scoping, Prioritization, Traffic management, Resourcing, Capacity planning, Project plans, Timelines, Risk surfacing, Blocker surfacing, Tradeoff surfacing, Coordination, Deliverables, Retrospectives
