Must Have
2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination, Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows—lifecycle marketing, brand, user acquisition, or content production, Comfortable building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and briefs that real teams actually use, Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities, Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets, Communicator—written and verbal—who knows how to tailor updates to different audiences, Pragmatic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait around for perfect information, Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative, low-ego working style
Nice to Have
Experience supporting retail, consumer electronics, or consumer app marketing programs, Familiarity with developing process standards and workflow documentation, Exposure to product-driven, cross-functional organisations
What You'll Do.
Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative
Track and communicate project status regularly—keeping timelines
and deliverables up to date in our PM tools
Identify and flag project risks early
troubleshoot blockers
and recommend solutions before deadlines slip
Help develop and maintain lightweight
repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables
Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions
Prepare project updates
and team communications for stakeholders and leadership
Participate in standups
and planning sessions—keeping things moving and decisions documented
Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them
