As a Senior Creative Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across TV, digital, and social platforms. Working closely with the Assistant Creative Director, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality, performance-driven creative, ensuring every output is impactful, on-brand, and delivered to the highest standard. 🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling, effective content that drives engagement and performance. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual and hands-on creative with strong art direction skills and a passion for storytelling. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: - Conceptualise and deliver creative campaigns across TV, social and digital channels, with a focus on storytelling, engagement and performance - Translate creative briefs into high-quality, effective outputs that align with brand and commercial objectives - Partner closely with Brand, Social, Marketing and Production teams to bring bold, original campaign ideas to life, shaping the creative of key marketing initiatives. - Ensure consistency and integrity of the Omaze brand across all touchpoints - Push creative boundaries to deliver work that is not only high-performing but culturally resonant an
