What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in digital production design for advertising agencies, design studios, or startups, ideally with international clients and global brands, Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with photo retouching and image optimization skills, Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch) and the ability to translate design systems into scalable production assets, background in digital marketing, digital production, and online advertising best practices, Proficiency in presentation and storytelling tools (Keynote, PowerPoint), Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and quality standards, A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor peers, influence cross-functional teams, and introduce improvements to workflows
Nice to Have
working knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate (Celtra/Orca Plus is a plus), Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, Experience with remote collaboration and workflow management tools (Slack, Jira, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Zoom, Drive), Any certifications or courses in UX/UI, design thinking, visual design, marketing campaigns, or design systems are a asset
