Must Have
3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales, Product Planning, Sales Enablement, or related strategic roles, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. indefinitely is required

Bachelor's advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus, Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a preference for those with a track record of managing large-scale, and complex projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Orderability, Product Management, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, IT; Foster collaborative and effective working relationships; Build consensus and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams including Regional Sales Operations, Channel Operations, IT, Software Enterprise, Services, Drop Ship, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Presales, Order Management, Post Sales, Supply Chain, and Credit

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; Convey large-scale complex concepts to a diverse audience
