What You'll Do.

Providing legal services

Work closely with Strategy

advise S+N businesses

manage M&A transaction processes

Perform due diligence investigations

oversee due diligence reviews

Manage outside counsel

supervise outside counsel

Participate in Legal team strategy

Act as liaison to Company Secretariat

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with the Strategy and Corporate Development team; Ability to work collaboratively with others; manage internal and external stakeholders

Communication Scope
