We are seeking a Senior Counsel to join a team of litigation attorneys responsible for managing a broad and dynamic portfolio of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, product liability, corporate & securities litigation, and cross-border arbitration. This is an important role within GE Aerospace Legal & Compliance, offering significant visibility and regular interaction with senior executives across both Legal & Compliance and the business. # **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** ​ * Develop and execute litigation strategies across various business units and jurisdictions. * Manage active litigation in U.S. and international forums, including oversight and coordination of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, appeals, and arbitration proceedings. * Advise senior leaders, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on dispute resolution strategy, litigation risk, and legal exposure arising from key business initiatives. * Implement internal litigation reporting, legal holds, and e-discovery protocols. * Supervise outside counsel and support staff to ensure high-quality, cost-effective representation and sound case management. * Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments impacting the company’s litigation profile, with particular attention to Aerospace, defense, and high-risk jurisdictions. * Contribute to the development of corporate policies and governance initiatives related to litigation, document retention, dispute resolution, and regulatory issues. * Support and lead initiatives to use artificial intelligence and other technologies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and strategic capabilities of the legal team. * Travel up to 25% **Required Minimum Qualifications:** * Juris Doctorate from accredited university * Minimum 7 years of professional experience in litigati
