We’re hiring a skilled attorney to join NVIDIA as Senior Counsel, supporting critical hardware products by concentrating on strategic collaborations and the sourcing of intellectual property. You’ll engage closely with product, engineering, and business-development teams to advise on products meaningful to NVIDIA’s growth and draft and negotiate complex hardware agreements. **What you’ll be doing:** * Support hardware product legal workstreams, including IP development and licensing, product regulatory matters, and other strategic deals and technology transactions. * Provide concise, strategic advice to senior leaders on IP, product, and regulatory issues influencing NVIDIA’s roadmap. * Draft, review, and negotiate hardware-focused or technology transaction agreements, including strategic supply, licensing, collaboration, and co-development deals. * Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and mentorship for collaborations and inbound IP transactions to enable efficient, scalable deal execution. **What we need to see:** * 8-12 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial time at a major law firm and in-house experience supporting a leading technology or hardware company. * Strong understanding of IP issues in hardware and embedded software, including ownership, licensi
