Must Have
Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Ireland, 12+ years of relevant experience in employment law throughout EMEA, Significant counseling experience, including risk mitigation in the entire employee lifecycle, Proficient in the use of AI tools, Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with a multi-national company, Prior experience working in a corporate legal department, Prior experience using the Legal Tracker System or a comparable e-billing system
What You'll Do.
Provide practical legal advice on EMEA employment law
Performance management
Drive compliance with labor and employment laws
Disability accommodation laws
Pay transparency laws
Lead cross-functional teams driving implementation of compliance initiatives
Oversee and direct internal investigations
and implement employment policies
and implement employment procedures
and implement employment documentation
and implement scalable training solutions
Drive complex employment compliance projects
Manage pre-dispute conflicts
Support compensation and benefits programs
Advise on industrial relations
Advise on collective bargaining agreements
Handle litigation and claims
Oversee work performed by external counsel
Maintain responsibility for case strategy
Maintain responsibility for case budget
Maintain responsibility for case execution
Maintain responsibility for case resolution
Work collaboratively and responsively with colleagues
Facilitate a coordinated team approach
Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvements
Drive implementation of continuous improvements in policies
