What You'll Do.
advising product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology agreements
supporting customer transactions and advance deals efficiently
advising on legal and regulatory considerations applicable to cybersecurity and data-driven products
participates in relevant Security Solutions governance forums and processes
contributes to efforts to improve consistency
and make products easier to do business with
managing outside counsel where appropriate
delivering targeted training and guidance to product
