What You'll Do.
Serve as a trusted legal partner across Product
Support a broad range of commercial matters
including customer agreements
partnership agreements
and operational legal requests
Provide practical legal guidance related to product
intellectual property
and regulatory matters
Help build scalable legal processes
and internal policies to support rapid company growth
Partner cross-functionally to identify legal and operational risks and provide business-friendly solutions
Assist with corporate governance
compliance initiatives
and other strategic company projects as needed
Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to AI and technology companies
Contribute to urgent and evolving business priorities outside of core subject-matter expertise
