About the Role As Senior Counsel, you'll report to the General Counsel and serve as a key legal partner across Hello Heart's product and commercial teams. You'll split your time between advising on product development, AI/ML features, and related legal considerations and risk within defined regulatory parameters on one hand, and negotiating commercial agreements with health plans, employers, partners, and vendors on the other. We're looking for a versatile, collaborative attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by the challenge of wearing multiple hats at a growing digital health company. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including health plan and employer agreements, partnership agreements, data agreements, MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and technology licensing agreements Advise product and engineering teams on legal considerations related to Hello Heart's mobile app, FDA-cleared devices, and AI/ML-driven features (including the AI medication assistant), and provide legal risk assessments based on regulatory guidance defined by the Compliance function.
