**ClarusONE Sourcing Services LLP** is a joint venture providing strategic generic pharmaceutical sourcing services to its Members, Walmart, Inc. and McKesson Corporation. The two companies have over 25 years of history working together to improve the quality and lower the cost of pharmaceutical care to patients in the United States. As part of this arrangement, in 2016 McKesson and Walmart established ClarusONE in London to provide strategic pharmaceutical sourcing services for both companies. ClarusONE ensures both companies have access to the right generic pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand at a market competitive cost. Flexible working. 12 Month FTC ** _Job Purpose:_** The Senior Counsel serves as primary legal support for business teams on routine legal matters and commercial transactions - principally relating to generics pharmaceutical sourcing initiatives in the U.S. market - as well as providing negotiation and drafting, issue identification and escalation. Reporting to ClarusONE’s Managing Chief Counsel, the Senior Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, providing guidance on contract provisions and potential risks in accordance with applicable law, operational practices and internal policies.
