Help to resolve any customer disputes and claims, support litigation and direct outside counsel in dispute/litigation matters
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school, Minimum of three years of transactional/commercial law experience with a combination of large law firms and/or in-house pharmaceutical experience, Able to practice as an in-house lawyer in NJ
What You'll Do.

and service agreements
Advise and provide training to business unit personnel with respect to compliance policies
customer and vendor relations
and regulatory issues
Assist in merger and acquisition activity
Help to resolve any customer disputes and claims
support litigation and direct outside counsel in dispute/litigation matters
Provide general advice to senior management of the business units and other senior Company business personnel on a day-to-day basis
Provide advice and guidance for the accomplishment of the overall business objectives in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and avoidance of unacceptable risks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
closely interface with other members of the Legal Department and business development and operations personnel throughout the US and certain international locations
