Must Have
10+ years managing costs on large-scale infrastructure or construction programs, Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management, Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment within complex, multi-project environments, Proficiency with cost management software, Proficiency with MS Office suite, Proven ability to synthesize cost data across programs, Proven ability to deliver strategic financial reporting to senior stakeholders, Working knowledge of program controls, Working knowledge of how cost, schedule, scope, and risk interconnect

Professional credential (CCP, PQS, MRICS, or equivalent)
