5 years of experience as cost estimating professional, Understand, interpret, and analyze construction documents, Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Proficiency with MII/PACES estimating software, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Pass a comprehensive background check, Obtain HSPD-12 Federal Contractor clearance

What You'll Do.
Provide conceptual-level estimates
Provide detailed quantity take-off

Review all documentation
Develop comprehensive cost estimates/models

Ensure quality product is presented
Adhere to QA/QC procedures
Communicate effectively

Maintain accuracy of cost information
