What You'll Do.
Prepare detailed, structured, and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Conduct item-wise quantity take-offs, Maintain and update BOQs throughout the project lifecycle, Develop granular cost breakdowns, Maintain a version-controlled BOQ register, Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, PDF drawing sets, and BIM model outputs to extract quantities, Generate and manage digital BOQs in structured Excel formats, Maintain a digital rate library, Manage all cost documents on cloud-based platforms, Prepare pre-tender and pre-construction cost estimates, Build and maintain project cost continuously track actual vs.

BOQ Preparation & Management** * Prepare detailed, structured, and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) by carefully reading and interpreting architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing drawings * Conduct item-wise quantity take-offs for civil, structural, interior finishing, and MEP works through thorough manual review of drawings and specifications * Maintain and update BOQs throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design revisions, variation orders, and scope changes * Develop granular cost breakdowns inclusive of material, labor, equipment, wastage, and overhead components * Maintain a version-controlled BOQ register and ensure all team members work off the latest approved revision **2\.
