What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Project Controls, Estimating, and Cost Control on major infrastructure or transit projects, 8+ years of experience in complex, high-profile, mega construction projects, Relevant knowledge of cost control processes, budgeting, forecasting, and change management, A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant subject
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Cost Plus or Cost Reimbursable Contract delivery model is an asset, Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i. e. MRICS, CCP)

You are an experienced Senior Cost Analyst with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.
