Recruited for various departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, CS), Recruited for net new Heads of Department, Individual Contributors, Sr. Level, Management Level, and C-Suite positions

Participate in interviews

Collaborate with co-founders
Identify and hire key leaders
Establish recruitment strategies
Implement recruitment strategies

Leverage creative approaches
Use data-driven insights
Engage and hire key members
Report on recruitment activities
Ensure candidate experience
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes
Create sourcing reports
Assess organizational needs
Manage external job postings
