What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, licensed to practice in at least one U. S. State, 7+ years post JD experience in a law firm or in-house setting, Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and develop appropriate strategies, Ability to work both independently with little oversight and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and translate complex legal concepts to non-lawyers, Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

The Senior Corporate Counsel will conduct in-depth legal research, oversee and manage relationships with external counsel, and provide legal advice to the organization.
