NVIDIA is seeking a skilled attorney to join NVIDIA’s legal team in Israel as a Senior Corporate Counsel. You will report to the Director of Legal Affairs and support NVIDIA's legal matters as the company continues its dynamic expansion in Israel and across its global businesses. Our highly respected legal team provides legal advice and solutions impacting the most advanced technologies in the world, including artificial intelligence, graphic processing units (GPUs), networking data processing units (DPUs), data centers, high-performance computing, autonomous vehicles and robotics. As a member of the legal team, you will have the opportunity to support a wide variety of legal related issues, be responsible for providing ongoing legal counsel to senior management and cross functional teams, as well as partnering with the rest of the legal members across the globe. **** **What you’ll be doing:** * Provide legal advice on ongoing legal matters and support the different teams in Israel including procurement, HR, finance, real estate and site services. * Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements and license agreements. * Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements such as services agreements related to NVIDIA’s facilities and support local expansion. **What we need
