What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of successful sales experience, preferably within Pharma Manufacturing or more regulated areas of the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Sales experience with a large, global, matrixed organization, Experience working or selling in a cGMP setting, Experience managing global stakeholders, Selling solutions into validated applications, Existing relationships/direct experience within customer base, Experience working with global customers across multiple regions, Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales experience, Knowledge of field sales and proven ability to collaborate and partner with this team
What You'll Do.
Managing a portfolio of the largest global customers within the Pharma industry
Prospecting new customers across the broader Pharma industry
Maintaining on-going relationships with customers
Maximizing Ecolab Life Science’s offerings and profitability
Growing revenue by demonstrating the Ecolab promise and value
prospecting and winning new Ecolab Life Sciences customers focused on Pharma Manufacturing
Managing and growing business within current customer portfolios
Cultivating relationships to ensure satisfaction and confidence in all Ecolab offerings
Serving as the knowledge expert with respect to understanding assigned customer businesses
Developing and achieving sales budgets and pipelines for assigned customers
Structuring profitable deals that support customer and Ecolab needs
Understanding key business drivers for each customer and how Ecolab can fit
Championing for customers to drive innovation
Consolidating and interpreting data to quantify and monetize the value that Ecolab delivers to customers
Producing presentations and executive summaries that demonstrate value to customers
Representing Ecolab and the value provided at industry and customer meetings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Significant interaction and partnership with field sales, corporate account finance and marketing; Sharing customer knowledge with other key internal partners; Partnering with the field and other internal experts; Collaborating and partnering with field sales team
