What You'll Do.
Manage Performance Review Cycles for European bankers
Oversee performance management processes in Europe
Support development of performance dashboards
Support annual Managing Director performance management process
Analyze review outcomes and developmental action points
Assist with rollout of new Performance Management system
Lead European Employee Onboarding Effort
coordinate onboarding at all levels
Further develop junior banker onboarding approach
Develop and execute intern onboarding process
Identify measures to support onboarding
Evaluate onboarding effectiveness
Lead pan-European execution of engagement and development programmes
Manage and plan Banker Teach-in efforts
Manage and run pan-European Mentoring program
Assist with Engagement Survey reporting
Support banker AI efforts
Lead development and launch of European Alumni Program
Support DEI related programmes
Partner with local HR Business Partners
